Practical Allergy in Primary Care
The Allergy Academy is now celebrating its 5th anniversary of providing high quality, accessible allergy education. Our Primary care days, in particular, are one of most successful and invaluable ventures. Allergic disease has increased dramatically over the last 20 to 30 years and GPs are ideally-placed at the forefront, managing this surge of disease that afflicts multiple organ systems: gastrointestinal, skin, respiratory and ENT. We aim to keep GP’s up-to-date with current best-practice in the management of allergies, equipping them to deliver high-quality services in the frontline of allergy care.
This interactive half-day course, delivered by leading UK experts, will outline the practical management of a wide range of allergic disease in primary care, aiming to increase knowledge and confidence when advising patients. For the first time, we will be incorporating a Hi-fidelity simulation session, further enhancing the relevance of this exciting programme.
