The aim of the Allergy Academy Kitchen Day Workshop is to highlight the day-to-day challenges faced by people with food allergies and their families, and to provide a practical teaching session for Dietitians to learn how these challenges can be easily overcome.
The Workshop will focus on how to adapt everyday family foods by using easily available replacement ingredients and free-from products. Delegates will have the opportunity to cook using these ingredients and then taste everyone’s creations over lunch and tea in the Kings College Dietetic Kitchens.

- Non-medical professionals involved in food preparation for allergic individuals as part of their job will be considered for attendance at this event.
