17th Food Allergy Study Day 2024

The Allergy Academy is proud to be 'Bringing Home' the very best practice in Food Allergy management! We are running our 17th Food Allergy Study day as a face-to-face event with experts on the 21st Century paradigmes of care. 
 

Aims

Our aims ensure we are putting patients in the driving seat and enabling best care whilst adapting to needs of patient and the ever growing evidence base surrounding infantile eczema and food allergy, delayed food allergy, and food immunotherapy. The meeting will develop the clinicians’ ability to tailor management for:

 New data on the growth of food allergy

  • Assessing inequalities in provision of care, and their impact
  • Evolution of sesame allergy
  • Best practice examples from the Coroners' Courts

 

Challenging food allergy diagnoses

  • Additive allergies
  • Tests to best discriminate 'allergy' from effector cell disorders

 

Food immunotherapy 

  • Advances in peanut and tree nut immunotherapy
